Champion athletes aren’t just born - they’re selected, trained, moulded and tested. Grand Union BJJ Northampton has been a competitive force in the United Kingdom. We hone raw talent to maturity with quality coaching, primal workouts and a true love of the sport. Teamwork, perseverance, sportsmanship - those are the hallmarks of Grand Union BJJ Northampton. We have no politics here. Everyone is welcome to come and train, no matter what team they’re affiliated with. We made it our mission to provide everyone with the best possible environment in which to learn and practice Jiu Jitsu. Be respectful, be positive, be honest, train hard and fight the hardest. Nas Alganga
Professor
Professor Nas is a Black belt under Prof. Roger Gracie.
Nas has practiced martial arts throughout his life, with considerable experience in Kickboxing, k1 and MMA before finding his place in Brazilian JiuJitsu in his thirties. Hard work, dedication, an open mind, and many hours on the mat lead him to compete successfully at the highest levels. Nas has earned many titles as a competitor including multiple time European champion here's a snapshot of some accomplishments in competition:
